Punkt Widzenia (Pol. Point of View) – Gallery of Punkt 11

In March 2025, a new project started at Punkt 11 – Punkt Widzenia Gallery (Pol. Point of View). It marks a new stage in the development of the space, which has showcased various forms of art since its inception. Punkt Widzenia will present exhibitions in series, accompanied by events such as meetings, workshops, and presentations.

Each series will focus on a specific theme and will include three to four exhibitions. This approach will allow the inhabitants of Bielsko-Biała to explore the topic in greater depth while giving creators the opportunity to develop a broader narrative.

First Series: Concept Art and Games

The first exhibition series will be dedicated to concept art and games. Visitors will have the chance to take a behind-the-scenes look at game development – from initial sketches through their evolution to the final elements of the finished product. This series will feature exhibitions on video games, card games, and RPGs.

On February 28th, we opened the first exhibition, showcasing concept art for The Thaumaturge, a game developed by Bielsko-Biała-based studio Fool’s Theory. The exhibition will be open until March 21st. Its goal is to give visitors a closer look at a field of art they may not be familiar with. They will have the opportunity to see early versions of characters and objects and learn how the creative process influences their final appearance.

Throughout the series, we will host accompanying events, such as meetings with artists, allowing young people to gain a deeper understanding of careers in the games' industry.

Next Series – Language

In the summer, we will launch a new series at Punkt Widzenia Gallery, this time focusing on language. The exhibitions will explore topics related to linguistics, poetry, and the world as a form of artistic expression. Visitors will learn how different forms of language influence art and how artists incorporate words into their work.
