Point 11 is a dynamic creative space operating within the framework of the City Culture Institute – City of Weaves. It is a venue for meetings, workshops, debates, and artistic projects that respond to the needs of city residents. We collaborate with local organizations, institutions, and communities. We are not afraid of change or bold projects – we are a prototype hub for diverse cultural and social initiatives.
Point 11 was created with young people in mind, but it is open to everyone. It is a space where ideas turn into real actions.

Location
Thanks to its central location, Point 11 fosters integration—it is surrounded by restaurants, cultural institutions, educational facilities, and the Town Hall. As a result, Point 11 becomes a hub for various activities, both cultural and social.
Collaborations and Projects
We work with cultural institutions, NGOs, and local communities, co-creating the Cultural Collective.
Some of our key projects include: short citizen stories – a project supporting youth civic engagement, SplotBB city game – combining education with entertainment, street performances – bringing art into urban spaces, debates and workshops – covering topics such as inclusive language and urban space, exhibitions and artistic events – supporting local creators
